Wanderlust Wednesdays | St. Croix
Posted: Aug 12 2015
This month we wanted to head to the Carribean Sea! We took a look around and decided St. Croix was the perfect place to be! This tropical paradise is unique, being that it is only 8 mile at its widest point and less than 23 miles long. It is apart of the U.S. Virgin Islands with a population of about 50,000 people. Don't be fooled by this islands size, it has a host of things to do! Check out this awesome list of 100 things to do HERE! Some of our favorite things included a tour of the Estate Whim Museum & Great House, Rainbow Beach, Taking a night tour by kayak at one of the bioluminescent bays on the island (our ultimate fav!). Looking for something with a bit more flavor? Take a tour of both the rum distilleries on the island and taste all 39 flavors of rum! The Cruzan Rum Distillary and the Captain Morgan Rum both offer tours to see their facilities and get an up close view of the rum making process. Along with the above mentioned offerings this island also has the standard beach vacation outings, golf, snorkeling, boat rides, etc. So if you are looking for a relaxing place that has diverse activities for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this is your place! Pack up your Sorella Swim and head down to the Carribean where it is warm all year!
This month we would like to highlight our Diane One Piece, pictured below in Lagoon. This style is is a brand new offering for 2015.
